Celebrate summer at our Summer Music Series!

Please note: The band originally scheduled for this event, Moonshine Society Duo, will not be able to perform. Instead we are pleased to feature Carly Harvey.

Join us on August 14th for live music by Carly Harvey and food by Lala’s Kitchen.

Carly Harvey combines Blues, Jazz, Soul, and Indigenous American styles to produce a unique sound. She is the creator of the “Native Scat”—an improvisational fusion of a traditional Jazz scat with Native vocables. In addition to performing as a solo act, Carly is an entertaining and dynamic band leader. According to DC Music Review, “Carly is grace, confidence, originality, and the right amount of sexy swagger all at once. She commands the stage with her voice and presence and draws you in intensely. Then she seems to end each song with an infectious smile of pure gratitude that beams so brightly into the audience.” In July 2018, Carly was featured in Big City Blues Magazine as one of the youngest Blues artists to watch. Carly is a three-time DC Blues Society Battle of the Bands Winner and was proclaimed DC’s Queen of the Blues in 2016 by Dr. Nick Johnson of WPFW Radio. In 2021, Carly was nominated 7 times and won the WAMMIE award for Best Blues Artist/Band.

Food will be available for sale at the event from the Lala’s Kitchen food truck. Lala’s Kitchen is from King George, VA and features Puerto Rican-inspired tacos and empanadas.

Food will be available for sale from 1-5pm and live music from 2-5pm. Tickets are not required for this event. Wines will be available for sale by the glass or bottle, and food will be available for purchase. Self-guided wine tasting flights will be available for $12/person (includes souvenir glass).

Estate Club members will receive a complimentary glass of wine for two or 10% off tasting flights at all of our music series events.

Our courtyard is a smoke-free area. A convenient smoking section is available near the Pavilion (look for signs or ask a member of our staff for directions).

Please note: Due to ABC licensing, Ingleside wine is the only alcohol beverage permitted on the premises. Absolutely no beer, liquor or other wine is allowed under any circumstance.
