Rosato di Sangiovese

A lovely, dry rosé, a style favored in Europe. It is rich with full bodied fruity flavors. Nice with antipasto salad, honey baked ham, and grilled chicken.

The grapes were quickly removed from their skins to produce a delightful pink color. All fermentation was done in stainless steel tanks. Shortly before bottling, we added some of our premium Sangiovese to accentuate the complexity of the wine.
