Our Syrah Release transforms the courtyard into a French outdoor café
April 2012

On April 28 & 29, Ingleside celebrated the release of its 2007 Syrah with a weekend-long event. Since our Syrah is made in the French Rhone style, we transformed our courtyard into a French outdoor café, complete with an outdoor bar, French music on the PA, and baguettes and cheese. The Tides Inn Market of Colonial Beach, VA created delicious platters of gourmet cheeses, sausage and olives which were available for sale, along with French baguettes. On Saturday, the weather was overcast and a bit chilly so we also created an indoor Bistro for guests who preferred to be under cover. On Sunday, the sun came out and guests were able to fully enjoy the beauty of the courtyard.
